Megalis 10 mg contains Tadalafil, which is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. Tadalafil belongs to a class of medications called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. Megalis 10 mg is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (impotence) in adult men aged 18 years and older. Erectile dysfunction is the inability to achieve or maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual performance. The recommended starting dose of Megalis is 10 mg, taken as needed approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before anticipated sexual activity. Based on individual response and tolerability, the dose may be increased to a maximum of 20 mg or decreased to 5 mg as needed.
